Introduction

Ingredients
3 whole eggs
3 egg whites
4 strips low sodium bacon
1/4 C shredded mexican cheese
1 bag of Sweet Corn Steamables
3 or 4 cloves of fresh garlic chopped
2 Tbs grated parmesan cheese
spices
Red pepper flakes, dill, garlic powder
Tips
I love onions but my beau doesn't,,,they are also delicious added...sometimes I do half with and half w/o. If you do, add to frying pan with corn before adding to egg mixture.
Directions
Grease 12 count muffin pan with "I can't believe it's not butter"
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix 3 whole large eggs and 3 large egg whites in bowl.
Add shredded Mexican Cheese
Add 1Tbs Dill spice
In separate pan fry 4 slices of bacon till crispy set aside to cool.
Put Sweet Corn Steamables in microwave for 4 min.
Then in pan cook up chopped garlic and add the corn. Spice with Red pepper flakes, salt and pepper. Take off heat to cool.
chop up Crispy bacon into nice size flakes.
Add bacon and corn/garlic to egg mixture.
Spoon into muffin pan evenly and sprinkle Parmesan on top of each.
Put into oven for 20-22 minutes.
