    1C wheat kernels
    1C non-fat milk
    1/2C on-fat milk
    1 egg white
    1/2C unsweetened applesauce
    3Tbsp granulated sugar
    1tsp salt
    3tsp baking powder
    1/2tsp vanilla
    1/2tsp almond extract
    1/2tsp ground cinnamon

Directions

blend wheat kernels and 1C milk on high for 3min. add 1/2 C milk & blend for additional 2 min. add remaining ingredients and blend for additional 1 min. ready to cook on griddle with non-fat cooking spray.
