Ingredients

    # Greek Yogurt, Non-fat, Fage Brand, 4 oz (remove)
    # Granulated Sugar, 1.5 cup (remove)
    # Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp (remove)
    # Egg Beaters, 0.5 cup (remove)
    # *Whole Wheat Flour, 1.75 cup (remove)
    # Salt, .5 tsp (remove)
    # Baking Soda, .5 tsp (remove)
    # Milk, 1%, .33 cup (remove)
    # Lemon juice, 1 tbsp (remove)
    # Banana, rotten, 3 large (8" to 8-7/8" long)

Directions

preheat oven to 350
grease pan

In a large bowl
cream yogurt and sugar
add vanilla and eggs

In a separate bowl: mix dry ingredients

In another bowl: mix milk and banana

Alternately add dry mix and banana mix to sugar/yogurt

Bake at 350 for 50-60 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean

Makes 12 large muffins
3 mini loaves
1 regular loaf
or a ton of mini muffins
