Ingredients

    630g canned slamon
    1/2 cup panko bread crumbs
    0.5cup oat bran
    2 tbs Flax (milled and mixed with 6 tbsp of water)
    2 Tbsp Hellmans half fat mayo
    1 Tbsp dijon mustard
    4 tsp old bay
    1 tsp dill

Tips

serve with kale chips


Directions

Mix together wet ingredients
Mix together dry ingredients (except Panko)
Add dry to salmon, add wet.

Form into 9 cakes, roll in panko crumbs
bake on low broil for 10 minutes per side
