    *Chopped Yellow Onion, 5 serving
    *candy GHIRARDELLI 72% cacao Twilight Delight 3pc/38g, 2.67 serving
    *Brown sugar (light), 6 tsp
    *Del Monte Petite Cut Diced Tomatoes, 7.5 cup
    Fat Tire beer, 12 oz
    Water, tap, 2 cup (8 fl oz)
    *Potato, Yukon Gold - 1 potato, 5.2 oz, 3 serving
    Butter, salted, 1 tbsp
    Beans, red kidney, 1 cup
    Salt, 4 tsp
    Honey, 1 tbsp
    Serrano Peppers, 2 pepper
    Cider Vinegar, 2 tbsp
    *Turkey Broth Stock 1c=10cals Homemade low fat, low salt pre-seasoned, 6 cup
    *Green Giant Fresh Baby Cut Carrots, 4 oz

Tips

melt the butter, chocolate and honey together in a double boiler on low. Chop peppers small and dice everything else.


Directions

Alot of stuff. then mix it and cook all day in a crock pot.
