Ingredients

Regular Oats 2.5 cup,
Maple Syrup, .33 cup
Brown Sugar, 2 tsp
Almonds, .20 cup, slivered
Walnuts, .20 cup chopped into slivers
Kretschmer Wheat Germ, 25 grams
Vanilla Essence - tsp
Directions
Put the oats, wheat germ, almonds and walnuts into the over and toast them. Stir them very 4-5 mins. Toast them in total for about 15 minutes.
On the stovetop stir the brown sugar, a third of a cup of honey and a third of a cup of maple syrup. Mixture will begin to boil as the sugar melts, then take off the heat. Add in the vailla essence and stir. Add into the mixture the toasted oats and nuts mixture and stir. At this point if you wanted you could add in some chocolate chips or dried fruit however remember to count the extra calories. Then place into a baking sheet and press down so the mixture is thin and packed. PLace the tray into the oven on 350 for 25 minutes. When browned turn out to cool onto a cooling sheet, cut when cool into slices and serve!
