Ingredients

    16 oz. of Blue Crab Meat
    1 TBSP Mustard
    3 TBSP Kraft Miracle Whip Light
    1/2 Cup Egg Beaters egg whites
    4 TBSP grated Parmesan Cheese
    3/4 Cup Vigo Italian Bread Crumbs w/Romano Cheese
    Onion Powder
    Garlic Powder
    All Purpose Seasoning

Tips

cooking times will vary depending on the oil you use, the temp, and the type of skillet or pan you use. Use your best judgement as to how crispy you want your patties.


Directions

Mike all ingredients together in a large mixing bowl. I used about 2 tbsp. of each seasoning ingredient but use them to suit your tastes, it won't affect the nutritional info. I use extra virgin olive oil in a regular sized non-stick skillet. While oil is heating in skillet try to make mixture into 12 patties (this is to keep the nutritional info accurate). When oil is heated, cook patties for about 4 minutes on each side. They should be a dark golden brown on the outside.

Serving Size: makes about 12 3-4in. round crab cakes, 1/2 in. thick
