    4 egg whites or 3/4 cup of egg substitute
    1 whole-grain tortilla
    1/2 cup part-skim mozzarella cheese
    Tomato, sliced
    1/2 cup pineapple chuncks

Tips

Substitue tortilla for slice of whole-wheat bread, english muffin, or 1/2 of six inch pita


Directions

1. In a non-stick skillet coated with cooking spray, scramble egg whites.

2. Pile egg whites into a whole-grain tortilla

3. Top with cheese and sliced tomatoe

4. Serve with pineapple chuncks
