Ingredients

    2.5 cups flour
    1 cup sugar
    1.5 tsp baking powder
    1 tsp baking soda
    1 tsp salt
    1 cup orange juice
    3 mashed bananas
    3 tbs oil
    1 egg
    1 tsp vanilla extract

Directions

in a large bowl add all dry ingredients. in a separtate bowl mix all wet and mashed bananas. then add all together grease one loaf pan or 12 muffin pan and bake at 350 degrees for 65-70 mins

Serving Size: makes 10-12 servings

    Excellent banana bread recipe. I used to to make 12 muffins, lovely flavor, better the next day. I've got plenty in the freezer. - 1/13/12
