Introduction

Ingredients

Pork Tenderloin, 40 oz
Potato, raw, 4 large (3" to 4-1/4" dia.)
Green Giant Cut Green Beans, can, 2 cup
Tomato products, Hunts Diced Tomatoes w/ Basil, Garlic, and Oregano, 3.5 serving
Honey, 1 tbsp
Water, tap, 1 cup (8 fl oz)
Allspice, .25 tsp
Onion powder, .5 tsp
Cumin seed, .2 tsp
Pepper, black, 1 dash
Diced Chilies, 4 serving
Directions
Spray pot with non-stick cooking spray.
Place pork in bottom of pot.
Cross cut pork deeply.
Drizzle honey into the cut.
Add water around the pork.
Season with onion powder, Allspice, cumin and black pepper.
Add some red pepper flakes.
Wash/scrub potatoes and cut 'em into bits; add to pot (mostly around the pork/in the water).
Add the diced chilies over the pork/in the cut.
Drain and add green beans.
Add tomatoes with juice.
Cover and set on High.
Serving Size: 10
