Ingredients

    1/2 of a medium Cabbage
    1 Med. Rutabaga (Yellow Turnip), peeled and cut into
    1" cubes
    2 Onions, peeled and chopped
    1/2 cup Chicken broth, reduced sodium
    2 Tbsp Olive Oil
    Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions

Heat Olive Oil in large skillet. Add all ingredients to heated skillet and cook until the rutabaga is cooked through but still firm.

Serving Size: Makes 8, 1/2 cup servings
