Ingredients

    1 (4 oz.) can diced green chili peppers
    1/4 c. light sour cream
    1 (15 oz.) can solid pack pumpkin puree
    1 (14 oz.) can low sodium fat free chicken broth (i.e. Swanson's Natural Goodness)
    1/2 c. water
    1/2 tsp. chili powder
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 tsp. hot pepper sauce

Tips

Sprinkle a little cheddar and/or feta cheese on top right before serving (optional).


Directions

In a medium saucepan, over medium-high heat, combine all ingredients. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to medium and simmer, uncovered, for 5 minutes. Serve immediately.
