Ingredients

    1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast cut into thin strips
    2 large eggs
    2 tbsp skim milk
    2 tbsp Franks Red Hot Buffalo Sauce
    1/4 cup flour
    1 tbsp Lawry's Seasoned Salt
    1 tbsp melted butter

Tips

Great with blue cheese or ranch dressing for dipping.


Directions

Preheat oven to 350. Cut chicken breast into thin strips. In one shallow dish, mix together egg, milk, and buffalo sauce. In another shallow dish mix flour and seasoned salt. Dip chicken in buffalo, egg mixture then dredge through seasoned flour. Place chicken on baking sheet and brush with melted butter. Bake at 350 for 25 min.
