Introduction

Peanut Butter, Banana, Chocolate! We have this once or twice a week for breakfast or lunch. It is fairly low in calories and it's rich chocolate flavor gives us our sweets fix! Ingredients

    1 banana, frozen preferably
    1/2 cup lactose free milk +/- according to preference
    1 tbsp nutella
    2 tbsp chunky all natural, no sugar no salt PButter
    1-2 scoops of chocolate protein powder

Directions

put it all in a blender and liquefy, serve ice cold. works especially well if you're using frozen bananas!!
