1 packet Rich Milk Chocolate Flavor Carnation Breakfast Essentials Complete Nurtirional Drink mix
1/2 cup ice cupes
Tips
if you decide to freeze banana, make sure to slice before freezing. A room temperature banana works just as well. Tastes good with 1/2 c. strawberries added too!
Directions
Place milk, banana, Carnation Breakfast Essentials powder and ice in blender; cover. Blend until Smooth. Directions also found on Carnation packages.
