Ingredients

2 Lb Chicken Boneless, SkinlessTenderlions
1 14.5 can diced Tomatoes
1 14.5 can Navy Beans
2 Alarm White Chicken Chili mix
1 TBS Olive Oil
1 med Onion, Diced
2 cups of Water
Directions
Brown chicken in skillet with TBS of Olive Oil until no longer pink. While chicken is browning add all other ingredients to slow cooker.
Cut cooked chicken into 1" cubes and add to slow cooker.
Cook on low for 6 to 8 hours.
Serve with crackers. Garnish with low fat cheese and sour cream.
