    3/4 Head Green Cabbage, shredded
    2 Carrots, peeled & shredded or chopped fine
    3 Scallions, thinly sliced
    3 tbsp Lemon juice
    1 tbsp Soy sauce
    1 tsp Toasted Sesame oil
    2 tbsp Olive oil

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Flavor will intensify as salad sits in the refrigerator.
