Ingredients

    2 pkgs. of mexican cornbread mix
    2 boneless chicken breast/no skin
    4 eggs
    4 cups (more if you like) chicken broth
    1 can 98% ff cream of chicken soup
    1 can 98% ff cream of celery soup
    1 1/2 cuo grated ff cheddar cheese

Tips

I add more chicken broth and make it soupy so its not dry


Directions

boil chicken
prepare cornbread as directed on pkg.
shred boiled chicken
crumble cornbread in dish add broth, eggs,cream of chicken, cream of celery, cheese, & shredded chicken. stir with spoon to mix up.
cook at 325 for 40-50 minutes or until browned on top.
