Introduction

A healthy way to start the day with plenty of fruit and protein! A healthy way to start the day with plenty of fruit and protein!

Ingredients

    1 cup mixed frozen raspberries and strawberries
    1/2 a medium banana
    1/2 cup orange juice
    1 tbsp ground flax seed
    1 tbsp blue agave nectar

Tips

Can add any other kind of fruit or juice, also peanut butter.


Directions

Just mix all ingredients in a blender and blend. If you use fresh fruit, add an ice cube or two. Can add more or less juice to your desired thickness.
