Ingredients

    4-5 Chicken Breast Halves
    2 Tsp Seasoned Salt
    1 (16 oz) package Frozen Broccoli, Cauliflower, & Carrots thawed
    1 (10 oz) can Cream of Celery Soup
    1 (8oz) package Shredded Colby & Monterey Jack Cheese

Tips

For lower calories/less fat try using low fat or fat free cheese or reduce the amount of cheese used in the recipe.

Directions

Cut chicken into strips and place strips sprinkled with seasoned salt in slow cooker sprayed with vegetable cooking spray.

In large bowl, combine vegetables, celery soup, and half the cheese and mix well. Spoon over chicken breasts.

Cover and cook on LOW for 4-5 hours.

About 10 minutes before serving, sprinkle remaining cheese on top of casserole.
