Ingredients

    1.5 c oat bran
    1/2 c. splenda brown sugar mix
    1/2 c. whole wheat or rye flour
    2 t baking powder
    mix the above together & add liquid ingredients together:
    1/2 c soya milk
    3 egg whites
    2.5 c pumpkin puree
    2 T olive oil
    Fold together till dry ingredients are incorporated.
    Spray muffin tins with pam & fill 3/4 full.
    Bake at 425 for 19-20 mins
