Ingredients

    100 g self raising flour
    100 g butter
    100 g sugar
    1 large egg
    vanilla essence
    1 tbsp cocoa powder
    4 tbsp 2% milk

Directions

Mix butter and suger, then add milk and eggs, then beat in flour and cocoa
Cook at 180 degrees c fan oven
200 c normal oven
10 to 15 minutes
