Ingredients

    4 chicken thighs
    2 T yellow mustard
    1/4 cup water
    1 T honey
    1/2 t salt
    1/2 t pepper
    4 slices thin-sliced smoked ham (Raley's everyday was the brand I used)

Directions

Mix mustard, water, honey, salt and pepper together. Lay chicken thighs in baking dish, then top each thigh with a slice of ham. Pour the honey-mustard mixture over top and bake uncovered at 350 for 35 minutes. Cover with foil, then bake for another 15 minutes.
