Introduction
I cook a lot of chicken in batches and sometimes I have some baked chicken breast that is getting a little old. This little soup is a tasty way to deal with extra chicken. This filling curry soup is KICK YOU IN YO FACE spicy. I enjoy very spicy food, so if you want less heat, i would reduce the red pepper flakes first to keep the flavors in balance. I'd like to make this, but with seitan, or just without a protein. I also like insanely spicy foods. Whoo! - 1/20/12

Transmigrate: Thanks for the comment! If you want to cut out the protein, or use seitan, I would recommend adding something to replace the layer or flavor, like portabella mushrooms, or salted eggplant. Good sparking!
