Number of Servings: 15

Ingredients

    1.5c buttermilk
    1.66c whole wheat flour
    1.66c white bread flour
    2T granulated sugar (cannot use sugar substitute!)
    .75t salt
    10t bread machine yeast

Tips

Make sure that the sugar salt and yeast are never touching. These ingredients control each other and your bread my not turn out correctly if they are mixed prior to the start of your bread machine.


Directions

combine ingredients as manufacture recomended in your bread machine pan (I have a Bella Cucina and it has liquids first).
My order: Buttermilk, flours, sugar (in one corner), salt (in opposite corner), yeast (create a valley in the center of flour)

Set your bread machine to whole wheat 2 pound loaf and let it go.

Serving Size: 13-15 slices of bread (depending on your slicing abilities)
