Introduction

Ingredients

    4 oz Red Wine Vinegar (Publix)
    2 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce (French's)
    1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
    1/8 tsp Frank's Hot Sauce
    1/2 tsp Onion Powder
    1 tsp Ground Thyme

Tips

Important to marinate 1 hour up to 24 hours.


Directions

1. Measure out all ingredients.
2. Put all together in a small mixing bowl and whisk until well incorporated.
3. Pour into a gallon baggie with steak, seal tight and marinate for 1 hour up to 24 hours.

Serving Size: Makes enough for a 1 lb steak.
