Ingredients

    1/4 cup olive oil
    1/4 cup lite soy sauce
    1/4 cup dry sherry
    1 tsp ground ginger
    3-5 crushed fresh garlic (to taste)

    Mix and throw in 4 or 5 peices chicken breast. Marinated over night then grill. Makes 4 servings.
