    2 c. honey or agave nectar (I did 1 c. of each)
    2 1/4 c. chocolate whey or soy protein
    1/4 c. All Bran cereal or Wheaties, blended
    3 1/4 c. oats, blended
    2 Tbsp. flax seed meal
