Ingredients

    2 Eggs
    3/4 Cup Applesauce
    1/4 Oil
    3 tsp ground cinnamon
    1/4 tsp salt
    1 tsp vanilla extract
    2 cups all-purpose flour
    1 tsp baking soda
    4-5 cups apples - peeled, cored and diced

Tips

We eat it plain but you could frost it or dust with powdered sugar. Raisins or nuts optional.


Directions

Grease 9x13 glass pan; dust with flour or cinnamon and sugar. Beat oil and eggs until creamy (electric mixer). Add sugar and vanilla and beat well. Combine flour, salt, baking soda and cinnamon in separate bowl; then combine into wet ingredients. Fold in apples. Spread batter into pan. Bake at 350 for 40-45 mins.
