Introduction

This is a slightly modified recipe for use in my rice cooker. This is a slightly modified recipe for use in my rice cooker.

Ingredients

    1.5C Uncooked Brown rice
    3 Green Onions, chopped
    5 Large Bone in Skinless Chicken Thighs
    1 Can Green Beans with juice
    2C water
    1 Tbs Chicken Bullion
    Dash Salt and Pepper

Directions

Add onions, water, bean juice and seasonings to pot. Rince rice and add to pot and stir. Place chicken and green beans on top of rice. Close and use the brown rice option on the cooker.
