Introduction
This is another recipe I developed to make my mini-meals to eat 5 times a day. I find eating so often makes me feel much better, have more energy and consumer fewer calories. Ingredients
-
1 Pound box of pasta
About 500 grams cooked chicken breast (I recommend my put the %#$%#$ing chicken in the oven recipe) cute into half inch cubes
1.5 Cups Fage 0% greek yogurt
2 Tablespoons heavy cream
2 Tablespoons hot curry powder
2 Tablespoons garam masala
1 extra large bag frozen spinach
Tips
If you would like a "cheesier" sauce, once the dish is reheated, low fat cottage cheese makes a great topper. Add while dish is hot then stir through and the cottage cheese will get metly and stringy.
Directions
boil water for cooking pasta, then turn your attention to your other ingredients. Chop the chicken into cubes, then mix all other ingredients, except for the spinach, in a small bowl. once the pasta is done cooking, before you drain it, add the chicken, then immediately drain the past and chicken together. Turn the heat on the stove down to medium low and return pasta chicken mixture. Add sauch, then add spinach. Heat until sauce recombines and becomes cream, salt and pepper to taste.
