    Carrots, raw, 4 small (5-1/2" long) (remove)
    Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Costco, 3 tbsp (remove)
    Garlic, 4 cloves (remove)
    Ground beef, extra lean, 15.44 oz (remove)
    Oregano, ground, .5 tbsp (remove)
    Garlic powder, 1 tbsp (remove)
    *Onion powder, 1 tbsp (remove)
    Thyme, ground, 1 tsp (remove)
    Pepper, black, .5 tbsp (remove)
    Salt, 1 tsp (remove)
    Sherry, dry, 6 fl. oz (remove)
    Pacific Natural Foods Organic Beef Broth, 1 cup, .5 cup (remove)
    Peas, frozen, 0.5 cup (remove)
    Rapunzel Vegan Vegetable Bullion w/ Sea Salt & Herbs, 2 serving (remove)

Directions

heat dutch oven
chop onion
add EVOO
chop garlic
add onion, cook on high for 5-8 minutes
peel & chop carrots
add garlic, sautee for 2 mins
add beef, break up & cook for 3-5 mins
add carrots, reduce to med/high heat
add spices & herbs, cook until meat is mostly browned
turn heat back up to high & add sherry, poricin bullion, & beef stock to deglaze the pan
reduce heat to low & add peas
let simmer for 20 minutes
serve over brown rice
