Ingredients

    Butter, salted, 14 grams
    Bacon, Streaky, 40 g (2 rashers) chopped into small pieces
    Breadcrumbs, .33 cup
    Almonds, 6 almond (finely sliced or chopped)

    Snapper (fish), 280 grams (1 large Fillet or 2 smaller ones - Snapper or Tarakihi)

    Camembert Cheese, 40 grams

Tips

Serve with Salad


Directions

Melt butter in pan and add the pieces of bacon until crispy - add Breadcrumb and almonds and stir while browning.

Cut Fish into large pieces and place into a baking dish lightly sprayed with spray oil - slice camembert finely and place onto the pieces of fish - sprinkle over the breadcrumb mix and then bake at 180degrees calcius for about 20minutes.
