Ingredients

    lamb, cubed (3oz)
    bean sprouts (2 cups)
    mushrooms (Mitake and Japanese small button)
    onion (small)
    brown rice (1 cup)
    2 eggs (beaten)
    olive oil (2Tbsp)
    garlic
    salt
    pepper
    soy sauce

Directions

In saucepan, saute onions, meat and mushrooms. In a separate pan, cook scarmbled egg and add to meat mixture. Add beansprouts, One cup brown rice and soy sauce. Heat through for 5 minutes and serve.
