Ingredients

    6 Large Bell Peppers
    1.25 lbs. Extra Lean Ground Turkey
    2 Tbsp. Chopped Onion
    1 tsp Salt
    1/8 tsp Garlic Salt
    1 (32Oz) Jar any brand Marinara Sauce
    3/4 Cup Low Fat Shredded Mozarella Cheese

Directions

1. Slice off the stems and remove the seeds, and rinse will. Place the Peppers in a large pot of boiling water and boil for 5 Minutes. Drain and cool. When cooled place in an Ungreased 8x8 Baking Dish.
2. Brown the Ground Turkey and Onion in a 10-inch skillet and browned and no longer pink. Drain if needed.
3. To the turkey and onion add the cooked Brown Rice, Salt, Garlic satl, and 1- 1/2 Cups of the Marinara Sauce, and Heat through.
4. Stuff peppers with Turkey Mixture and pour remaining Marinara Sauce over filled peppers, and cover with foil.
5. Bake in a preheated 350 dagree oven for 45 Minutes.
6. Take peppers out and remove foil and top peppers with Shredded Mozzarella Cheese and return to 350 oven for 15 Minutes or untill cheese is melted. Serves 6
