Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    1 medium onion
    1 lb. ground beef (I used 93% lean 7% fat)
    1 can kidney beans
    1 can pinto beans
    1 can black beans
    1 can stewed italian tomatoes
    1/2 packet of taco seasoning (envelope)

Directions

chop and saute onions. Add in ground beef in pan and cook. Add onions and beef to slow cooker, add in all other ingredients (cans with juices etc.) and cook on high for 3 to 4 hours till hot. Serve and enjoy.
