Ingredients

    1/2 cup of whole wheat flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 cup of milk
    1 egg
    1/2 medium ripe banana
    1/4 cup chopped walnuts

Tips

You may want to cook them at a lower temperature; since they're pretty heavy it's easy for them to be a little runny in the middle even if it looks like they're done cooking.


Directions

Mix the dry ingredients. In a separate bowl mix the wet ingredients. Mix them together, but leave it a little lumpy. Either mix the banana and walnuts in with the batter, or drop them into the pancakes while you're cooking them. You can sprinkle some nutmeg or allspice in there too.

Serving Size: Makes two large or four very, very, very small pancakes.
