Introduction

This is NOT a low calorie meal, but a hearty, protein packed one. I calculated it to serve 6 because we are big meat eaters, but you can slim it down by eating a smaller serving of meat, no extra "gravy" and lots of veggies on the side. Ingredients

    2 lb shoulder roast
    1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
    1 can Golden Mushroom Soup
    1 Tbls dried Onion
    1/4 tsp black pepper
    1 tsp Ranch dressing powder
    1 cup water

Tips

You can serve this with Barley, rice, or noodles or just add potatoes about 1.5 hours before serving.

Also, add or serve with any other veggies (broccoli & cauliflower, zuchini, etc.)


Directions

Place roast in Crock Pot. Put onions, pepper, and ranch powder directly on meat. Cover with cans of soup and water and carrots.
