Ingredients

    Ground beef, 20 oz (remove)
    *Tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year round average, 6 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) (remove)
    *Soup, beef broth, bouillon, consomme, prepared with equal volume water, commercial, 5 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)
    Mixed Vegetables, canned, 3 cup (remove)
    Mushrooms, canned, 0.5 cup (remove)
    Onions, raw, 0.2 cup, chopped (remove)
    Garlic, 1 tsp (remove)
    Salt, 1 tsp (remove)
    Bread, italian, 8 slice, medium (remove)
    Butter, salted, 2 tbsp (remove)
    Garlic, 3 tsp (remove)

Directions

Take your hamburger and onions and fry together draining well and set aside.
With a blender combine, salt garlic minced, powdered broth 3 tblespoons with 4 cups of water, and 6 roma tomatoes and place in blender. Blend untill creamy smooth about 2 minutes.
Take your broth,and hamburger and put it together in a soup pot. Add your vegetables and your mushroom's too it, and boil on medium or low for 30 minutes and serve. This makes exactly seven servings.

Take your bread and buttter is lightly, then spread miced garlic on top and bake for 10 minutes till crisp. 350-400 degree's depending on oven and elevation level.
1 peice of garlic bread is one serving and One 8 ounce bowl is a serving of the soup. The whole meal minus your drink is 427 CALORIES!
