Introduction

This is my spin on reduced fat Creamy Cilantro Dressing. This is my spin on reduced fat Creamy Cilantro Dressing.

Ingredients

    Cilantro, raw, 80 tbsp about 5 cups after cleaned
    Limes, 1 fruit (2" dia) squeezed
    Sour Cream, reduced fat, 1.125 cup
    *Kroger Creamy Ranch Dressing, 2 tbsp
    Garlic Salt
    Pepper

Directions

Clean and removed stems from Cilantro. Add Cilantro, Ranch Dressing, Sour Cream and the juice from the Lime to a food processor. Blend completely until smooth. Add seasoning to taste. You can add chili or Cheyenne for heat. Place in the refrigerator to thicken.
