Ingredients

    5 cups whole-wheat bread cubes (6-7 slices)
    4 eggs
    1/4 C sugar, divided
    1/4 tsp salt
    1 tsp vanilla
    1 TBSP margarine
    1 tsp cinnamon

Tips

Makes four reasonable servings.


Directions

Spray square glass baking pan with cooking spray.
Put bread cubes in baking pan.
Beat eggs, sugar (reserve 2 TBSP), salt, vanilla, and margarine together and pour over bread cubes.
Sprinkle with remaining 2 TBSP sugar and cinnamon.
Bake at 350 deg. for 45 min.
