Ingredients

    *Ricotta cheese, fat-free, 30 oz (remove)
    *Hodgson Mill Whole Wheat Lasagna (2 oz = 3 noodles), 12 oz (remove)
    Mozzarella Cheese, whole milk, 16 oz (remove)
    Parmesan Cheese, hard, 4 package (5 oz) (remove)
    *Trader Joes Pork Sausage with Sage, 16 oz (remove)
    *Bison Meat, 16 oz (remove)
    Tomato Sauce, 2 cup (remove)
    Crushed Tomatoes, 200 grams (remove)
    *Furmano's Tomato Puree, 2 cup (remove)
    *365 Organic Diced Tomatoes, 1 cup (remove)
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped (remove)
    Garlic, 5 cloves (remove)
    *2 tsp Italian Seasoning, 6 serving (remove)
    *5th Season Garlic Salt, 2 tsp (remove)
    *worstershire sauce, 5 tbsp (remove)

Directions

1. Chop onions and garlic and sautee in olive oil.
2. Add bison and sausage and brown
3. Add all tomato ingredients, worsteshire, mushrooms, and spices, bring to a boil and simmer.
4. Boil noodles (until pliable but still firm) drain and set aside to cool.
5. mix ricotta, half of shredded parmesan, and eggs.
6. layer sauce, noodles, ricotta mixture, noodles, sauce, mozzarella, noodles, ricotta, ect... until ingredients are used or pan is full.
7. Top with mozzarella and bake on 350 for 15 min.
