Ingredients

    6 slices whole wheat bread, crust removed & discarded, cubed

    6 large eggs, scrambled

    8oz package shredded cheddar

    2 cups milk

    5 boca breakfast links, chopped -- or real meat if you prefer.


Directions

mix everthing together, bake at 350 for 50 minutes in a pan sprayed with pam.
