Introduction

I couldn't find a crockpot recipe for chicken and vegetables so I created one myself. I couldn't find a crockpot recipe for chicken and vegetables so I created one myself.
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    2 Cups Carrots-chopped
    2 Cups Celery-chopped
    1 Cup Onion-chopeed in larger pieces
    1 can Joan of Arc Great Northern Beans
    30 oz. Chicken Breasts-skinless
    3 Cups Mushrooms-quartered
    1 tsp Garlic Powder
    1 tsp Onion Powder
    Salt & Pepper
    1 Can Campbells Heathly Request Cream of Chicken Soup
    1 Can Swansons Fat Free Chicken Broth

Directions

Throw all the ingrediants in your crock pot. I put in celery, carrots, onions, and beans first then the chicken and top with the mushrooms. Mix the soup and broth together and pour over the top. Add water if neede to make sure chicken is covered.
Cook on high for 6 hours. Half hour before serving I pull out the chicken, shred it, then add it back in and give everything a good stir.
