Ingredients

    Hard Boiled Egg, 3 large
    Celery, raw, .25 cup, diced
    Onions, raw, 1 tbsp chopped
    Our Compliments Balance Whipped Dressing, 1.5 tbsp
    Yellow Mustard, 2 tsp
    Paprika, 1 tsp
    Tuna canned in water, 120 grams

Directions

1. Hard Boil Eggs. Let cool.
2. While the eggs are cooling, finely chop up celery & onion
3. Cut up eggs once cooled. The easiest way to do this is with a pastry cutter
4. Drain tuna and add to egg in bowl
5. Add in whipped dressing, mustard and paprika to the bowl
6. Add celery & onions
7. Mix and serve

Serving Size: 3 Sandwiches Worth
