Ingredients

    1 can salmon (drained well)
    1 egg
    1/4 cup bread crumbs

Tips

Great served with balsalmic vinegar on top or plain. Can be made ahead and frozen.


Directions

Spray skillet with olive oil cooking spray. Form mixture into four patties and cook on either side to desired "brown-ness."
