Ingredients

1 8 oz. package of 1/3 Less Fat Cream Cheese
1/2 cup unsalted butter (organic)
3/4 cup Almond Flour
1 cup Unsweetened Coconut Flakes
(Half for mix, Half for topping)
4 Eggs
1/2 cup Truvia
10 drops Liquid Vanilla Stevia
2 1/2 tsp Vanilla
Directions
1. Beat the cream cheese and butter with an electric mixer until light and fluffy.
2. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well.
3. Add the Truvia, Stevia and vanilla; beat well.
4. Add the almond flour and beat well.
5. Add half of the coconut flakes and beat well.
6. Spread the dough in an 11x7" baking pan that has been lined with foil and greased.
7. Sprinkle the coconut over the top and very lightly. 8. Bake at 350º 20-25 minutes until the top is browned.
9. Cool completely on a rack then cut into 16 squares.
