Ingredients

1 Bag Frozen Chicken Breast Tenderloins (for this recipe, I bought 2.25lbs of chicken breasts on the bone and cut the fat and bone off the chicken and cut into tenderloins--the bag of chicken is SO much easier!)
8oz block of cream cheese (low fat or no fat)
1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
1 can of corn, drained
1 can of Rotel
Tips
- Serve over noodles or rice.
- Yummy in a tortilla or burrito as well.
Directions
1. Put frozen chicken in slow cooker
2. Place cream cheese on top of the chicken
3. Dump in the black beans
4. Dump in the Corn
5. Dump in the Rotel
6. Cover and Cook 6-8 hours
7. Stir every 2 hours!
