Ingredients

    6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
    2 cups of reduced sodium chicken broth
    1 bottle of Jack Daniels original barbeque sauce

Tips

Pick a bbq sauce you REALLY like!
You could add in peppers and onions at the beginning.


Directions

put 6 frozen boneless, skinless chicken breasts in a medium sized crock pot. Pour two cups of reduced sodium chicken broth on top. Cook on low for 4-5 hours. drain liquid. Pour on the bottle of Jack Daniels Original Barbeque sauce. Cook for an additional 2-3 hours.
