Ingredients

    1/2 onion chopped
    3 cloves of garlic minced
    1 inch piece of lemon peel
    10 baby carrots chopped
    1 yellow squash cut into pieces
    1 bunch of swiss chard cut into pieces
    5 cups of water
    2 tablespoons vegan chicken bouillion
    1 can of white beans (14.5 oz)
    1 can of diced tomatoes (14.5 oz)
    2 vegan italian sausages diced into pieces
    fresh rosemary chopped
    salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Put all ingredients into a slow cooker and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
